The Conference will take place on September 15–16, 2025, in a hybrid format (both in-person and online).
Registration opens on May 19 and closes on September 8, 2025.
Participation in the Conference is free of charge.
Participants must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. The Organizing Committee is committed to using participants’ confidential information solely for the purpose of organizing the Conference.
Participants are responsible for covering their own travel and accommodation expenses.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to decline a participant’s registration or attendance at the Forum without providing a reason.
By participating, individuals acknowledge and agree that the Coordination Center for the national internet domain (as the Conference organizer), its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Conference.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in the participant being blacklisted and barred from attending future events organized by the Committee.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the Conference program and these terms at any time without prior notice.
