According to Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data of July 27, 2006, I hereby give, freely, willingly and in my own interest, consent to autonomous non-profit organization Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ (8 Marta Street 1, Bld. 12, Moscow 127083, Russia) (hereinafter the “Operator”) to the processing of my personal data for the purposes related to my registration on the website of the 18-th International conference for ccTLD registries and registrars of CIS, Central and Eastern Europe https://tldcon.ru/en/ (hereinafter the “Conference”) as a participant.
This consent extends to the processing of the following types of personal data I provide that are neither special nor biometric:
The Operator may process my personal data automatically or non-automatically (the processing method), which includes collecting, recording, organizing, accumulating, storing, clarifying (updating or modifying), extracting, using, transferring (providing access to), blocking, deleting and eliminating data.
My data is processed for the purpose of registering me for participation in the Conference, to send me forum-related notifications, and to prepare personalized materials for my participation (a badge).
The Personal Data Subject may withdraw consent at any time by sending a respective notice to the Operator via email at info@cctld.ru or by post to 8 Marta Street 1, Bld. 12, Moscow 127083, Russia. Upon a written request, the Personal Data Subject has the right to obtain information concerning the processing of their personal data (as per Article 14 Part 7 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data of July 27, 2006).
The consent is valid for the duration of the 18-th International conference for ccTLD registries and registrars of CIS, Central and Eastern Europe or until the Personal Data Subject withdraws the consent.
If I withdraw my consent to the processing of my personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing my personal data without my consent on the grounds stipulated by Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data of July 27, 2006.
