BSUIR students will learn about protecting the global domain name system from abuse. The lecture will cover various types of abuse and effective methods to combat them, as well as the key players in this process and the tools they use to prevent and neutralize threats.

Within the framework of the section, we will discuss current problems that arise when considering disputes under the UDRP rules, domain disputes around copyrights, possible areas of work to adjust the policies of the Organization for the Support of National Top-level domains (ccNSO ICANN), recent cases of "domains vs trademarks", differences in approaches to court cases related to domains and trademarks, in the laws of Russia and Belarus, and we will also present useful services for trademark holders and domain administrators.

This presentation explores the important question of "Quo Vadis?"—"Where are you going?"—in the context of global Internet governance. We will examine ongoing processes like the Internet Governance Forum, Global Digital Compact (GDC) and the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS), focusing on the current state of discussions aimed at preserving and evolving the multistakeholder model for the benefit of all Internet users. Additionally, it will address the prospects for continuing the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) mandate and highlight the collective voices of the technical community, who play a critical role in safeguarding the unique contributions of its members in shaping the future of the Internet.

Among all the parameters for assessing the level of service provision, there is one that is of paramount importance – the availability of the service. In the ICANN requirements for the new gTLD program, this parameter must be implemented at 100%. In the section, we will look at what determines the availability of the service, how it can be measured and how to manage it, and also talk about how Internet measurements help us predict future events.

Let's talk about NFT certificates for blockchain-based domain names, about the life of registrars after accreditation and the software package based on ISPsystem BILLmanager, as well as about Russian SSL certificates. Let's explore approaches to managing ccTLD and geoTLD domains. Let's find out what state the secondary domain name market is in and what its prospects are, and also find out how domain zone statistics are collected and analyzed and the digital economy is measured.

Vitebskaya street, on which Rakovsky Brovar is located today, is one of the oldest streets in Rakovsky Suburb. Most of it - like the suburb itself - was almost completely destroyed in the 60s. The building, which today is known to everyone as the Rakovsky Brovar restaurant-brewery, actually has a rich history. It was built in 1882 and was intended for a synagogue. The building was located in the center of a wealthy Jewish quarter with a large number of factories and factories.

At the beginning of the 20th century there was a dance hall here, then a cinema. In 1905-1906, revolutionary meetings were held in the building. During the war, most of the area was completely destroyed, only on Rakovskaya Street were historical buildings preserved, including the building of “Rakovsky Brovar” on Nemiga. The beer restaurant near the town hall is located in Minsk in this very place.

On August 19, 1997, the doors of Rakovsky Brovar, the first restaurant-brewery in the city of Minsk, were opened to visitors.

In the section, we will talk about how various experts approach the analysis of cyber risks, which indicators are considered, and how they change over time as threats evolve.

Digital security in the banking sector: trends, interaction of competent organizations, banking organizations and registrars.

After completing the conference work program, all participants are invited to a bus excursion to Strochitsy - the Belarusian State Museum of Folk Architecture and Life. It belongs to the type of open-air museum or museum-skansen. Museums of this type are one of the forms of preserving and displaying historical and cultural monuments in a close to natural environment.

As a museum demonstrating the traditional folk culture of the country in the unity of its regional and local features, the Belarusian State Museum of Folk Architecture and Life is one of the ethnographic complex museums of republican significance. An important element of the open-air museum's exhibition is the landscape. The Belarusian Skansen is relatively young compared to similar museums around the world. It was opened in 1976.
